Our story

At Pronto, we’re passionate about bringing you truly authentic pizza from across Italy. At our Portobello location, we serve Neapolitan-style pizzas known for their signature soft yet crisp crust.

Authentic flavour begins with exceptional ingredients. Every core component is carefully sourced through specialist Italian importers who select the finest produce from regions throughout Italy. From our flour and yeast to tomatoes, cheeses, and traditional Italian cured meats, every ingredient is chosen with purpose, even our salt comes from the Mediterranean.

Our dough sits at the heart of everything we do. After weeks of refinement, we perfected a slow fermentation process that develops depth of flavour and lightness in every bite. Each pizza is handcrafted and fired in a state-of-the-art wood-fired oven, where intense heat cooks the pizza in moments while wood smoke gently perfumes the crust. As any Italian will tell you, it’s all about the crust.

We also offer vegan and gluten-free options and work closely with local suppliers to create new and exciting pizzas for our rotating specials menu.
